The location was perfect, situated on the tram route into town. The hotel itself was in the centre of a lovely old part of the city, which added charm to our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the convenience of having parking right in front of the hotel, even though there was a fee.
Everything great. Noise from the neighboring room was a small inconvenience.

Very nice completely renovated reception, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
Not directly in the city centre, but there is very good and easy coonection to the centre. You can buy the tickets directly at the reception, that´s very comfortable.

Convenient on-site parking is available here and there is a bus stop within a 15-minute walk, making it a good choice for discovering the area.

Raca is a district that deserves exploring. All main attractions such as Pajstun Castle where near to this hotel: )

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in a suburb of the city and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The room amenities were great, with heating and air conditioning, as well as tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided. The hotel had a lovely spa and wellness centre, which included an indoor swimming pool and sauna. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet suburb of the city. the location was convenient, with several places to eat within walking distance and a tram station nearby. the room was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the bar and restaurant. the breakfast offered a variety of options and was regularly replenished. We also enjoyed the free use of the indoor pool and gym facilities.
The reception staff seemed inexperienced and not as welcoming as the others.

Located in a quiet area, easily accessible by tram. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel was rather far from the city centre, a bit isolated. Some staff members were unfriendly and impolite, which made our experience less enjoyable.

During my Easter break stay, I appreciated the comfortable and spacious rooms as well as the excellent bathroom facilities. the hotel's location was easily accessible by public transportation and offered a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.
The hotel's remote location from popular tourist hubs, such as the city center, proved to be a bit of a hassle. the breakfast service could have been improved with more prompt replenishment of food.
